Refund policy
RETURN POLICY - PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS
All Firestationstore.com products are subject to special return restrictions. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production, it is sent to the Print Provider, and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Firestationstore.com is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You must make this request within seven days of receiving the shipment. Please feel free to contact our Merchant Support Team with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation in our Order Issue Submission Form, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending on if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
Our Partners Return & Warranty Policy
At FireStationStore.com, we partner with leading brands like KeyPort and trusted print-on-demand providers like Printify to deliver firefighter-inspired products. Each vendor has its own return and warranty policies, and we align ours to match them.
KeyPort Products

30-Day Return Window: Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging.

Restocking Fee: 15% for domestic returns, 25% for international.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges.

Warranty: 2-year limited warranty on the Pivot, 1-year warranty on other products.

Defects: Covered under warranty; KeyPort pays return shipping.

Printify Products (Print-On-Demand)

No returns/exchanges for change-of-mind, size, or color.

Defective/Damaged Items: Eligible for free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery, with photo proof.

No physical return required for defective Printify items.

Fenix Store Products
Shipping:

Fenix Store items are fulfilled and shipped directly by Fenix Store through Shopify Collective.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and include tracking information once dispatched.

These items may ship separately from other FireStationStore products.
Returns:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Custom or clearance items are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of inspection.
Defective or Incorrect Items:

Return Instructions

For KeyPort items, email us at support@firestationstore.com with your order number. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

For Printify items, please report issues via your order confirmation page within 30 days. Attach clear photos of defects.
